Follow massimos maverck until it lands on a roof it will say you'll need to get in closer but instead of doing that Go up the stairs for the el-train with a bike i prefer a PCJ600 do that and when your up the stairs and facing the track head west until your next to the roof with the helicopter on simply get of the bike and jump on roof not the flat part cause theyll spot you head right then forward until your next the blue roof thing then jump on the roof and get in the heli!
